its all about family!

Fortunato Multari, owner and executive chef of Mamma Rosa Ristorante opened Mamma Rosa in October 2011, naming it after the most two important women are his life, his wife and his mother.

Born and raised in Italy, Fortunato was inspired to open his first restaurant, Onda Blue in Armonk, by his cousin who had a restaurant of the same name on the western coast of Italy.  His dream was to create a warm and inviting atmosphere and offer cuisine he enjoyed as a boy.   He took-over the Somers location, which is now Mamma Rosa Ristorante, carrying that dream forward. 

Mamma Rosa Ristorante is family owned and run, and we welcome all of our guests, like we do our family.  We promise you that if you try us once you will be with us forever!
