Mamma Rosa Ristorante is thrilled to introduce you to our new business partner, Rigo Giron. With more than 25 years in the restaurant business, Mr. Giron brings invaluable
experience and fresh ideas to further enhance your dining experience. Please join us in welcoming him to the Mamma Rosa family!
A local himself, Mr. Giron lives in Somers, New York, with his wife and two children. Perhaps you’ve seen him around town, at his daughter’s track meet or his son’s Tae Kwon Do practice. At Mamma Rosa’s, you will find him working the front of the house, ensuring excellent service for our guests. Meanwhile, head chef and owner Fortunato Multari will continue doing what he does best: running the kitchen and creating authentic Italian meals you’ve come to know and love.
The new partnership will not only enhance your dining experience but will also allow Fortunato to take some time off to refresh and recharge—a rare occurrence since opening Mamma Rosa Ristorante in October of 2011.
“We are excited to welcome Rigo and his family. I’ll still be working in the kitchen, but I am looking forward to taking an extra day off and that is what this partnership allows me to do. Thank you for your continued support and be sure to stop in and meet Rigo!”
To all who have supported us the last 12 years, we thank you for your loyal patronage. You can rest assured that Mamma Rosa Ristorante will continue to serve the community with delicious food and outstanding customer service for years to come.
