experience and fresh ideas to further enhance your dining experience. Please join us in welcoming him to the Mamma Rosa family!
A local himself, Mr. Giron lives in Somers, New York, with his wife and two children. Perhaps you’ve seen him around town, at his daughter’s track meet or his son’s Tae Kwon Do practice. At Mamma Rosa’s, you will find him working the front of the house, ensuring excellent service for our guests. Meanwhile, head chef and owner Fortunato Multari will continue doing what he does best: running the kitchen and creating authentic Italian meals you’ve come to know and love.
The new partnership will not only enhance your dining experience but will also allow Fortunato to take some time off to refresh and recharge—a rare occurrence since opening Mamma Rosa Ristorante in October of 2011.
